Dr. Dahong Qian obtained his Ph.D. degree from Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass. As a senior member of IEEE, he has published numerous papers and patents in electronics, and was also an adjunct professor of Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.

Laura Maxwell

Laura Maxwell is a graduate of U. C. Berkeley with a B. A. in English and Spanish. She also received her teaching credentials there for K-12 English with an authorization in Spanish. For many years she taught English, Spanish, and ESL for the Pleasanton Unified School District. She has tutored in all subjects at the elementary and middle school levels, including French.
